焦炉抵抗墙整体浇筑成型施工技术摘要：焦炉抵抗墙作为焦炉土建的关键结构，布置在焦炉的两端，其作用是作为焦炉生产热膨胀挡墙结构，在焦炉冷态生产期间随焦炉纵向热膨胀力，结构承受焦炉炉体水平推力大，并且要求的抵抗墙的焦炉侧的板面平整度、垂直度的精度高，为+0，-10mm，抵抗墙柱Z1、2、3及预制墙板安装向炉体方向不允许有正公差。根据设计要求抵抗墙砼连续施工不能留设施工缝，整个抵抗墙全高为-2.73～14.23，达到16.5m，而抵抗墙在水平方向有三道梁，标高分别为+2.05m、+6.785m、+14.23m，抵抗墙间台侧分布有间台结构以及设备用的牛腿，其施工难度非常大，为保证满足工艺要求，抵抗墙采取在结构柱+2.05m处留设一道施工缝，两次施工到顶并采取相应措施确保抵抗墙施工质量。 关键词：焦炉;抵抗墙;热膨胀;垂直度;平整度;整体浇筑 Abstract: coke oven resistance wall as the key structure coke oven civil, decorate in both ends of the coke oven, its effect is as coke oven production thermal expansion retaining wall structure, in the cold coke oven during the production of coke with longitudinal thermal expansion force, structure under horizontal thrust large coke oven furnace, and the requirements of coke oven side of resistance wall panels flatness, vertical degree for the high precision, for + 0,-10 mm, resistance wall column Z1, 2, 3 and precast panels installed to furnace direction are not allowed to have is tolerance.
