论建筑工程施工成本控制【摘要】随着世界范围内的经济迅速发展，中国的工程建设掀起了新的浪潮，越来越多的工程建设需要施工，使得建筑行业中的竞争也越来越激烈，在我国现行的经济体制下，建筑工程行业之间的竞争最重要的还是对建筑工程施工成本控制的竞争，在现代市场竞争机制下，科学合理的施工成本控制是一个建筑企业生存发展的关键。施工成本控制作为建筑工程管理的重要部分，是一项极其复杂而严密的工作，建筑工程不同的施工阶段的成本控制的特点不同，因此，要根据工程建筑的不同实际情况，采取合理科学的施工成本控制措施，促进工程建设企业的施工成本合理化，增强建筑工程企业在市场中的核心竞争力，以求在最合理的施工成本上建造出符合社会需求的工程项目。本文将从我国建筑工程施工过程中成本控制现状出发，对建筑工程施工成本做出简单解析，探究建筑工程施工成本控制的重大意义，并对我国建筑工程的施工成本控制的提出具体措施。 【关键词】建筑工程；施工成本；控制措施 Abstract :With the rapid economic developmentwithin the scope of the world, the Chinese engineering construction raised new wave, more and more engineering construction need construction, making the competition in the construction industry is more and more intense, in China’s current economic system, building industry competition between the most important still is to construction cost control of the competition, in modern market competition mechanism, scientific and reasonable construction cost control is a construction enterprise’s survival and development of the key. Construction cost control as an important part of the construction project management, is an extremely complex and rigorous work, building different stage of construction cost control of the different characteristics, therefore, according to the actual situation of different engineering construction, to take reasonable scientific construction cost control measures to promote engineering construction enterprise construction cost rationalization, strengthen the construction of enterprise core competitive power in the market, in order to the most reasonable construction cost that meets the requirement of the society construction engineering projects.
