WiMAX有着不同的服务质量(QoS)体系模型，对于融合架构来说，如何建立统一的带宽分配策略，实现区
分多业务和保证QoS是需要面对的一个问题。文章设计了一个融合网络下的带宽分配框架，详细分析了
带宽申请和分配的过程，并给出了具体的算法设计。
