The paper introduces BIM and the situation of construction data management in order to deeply study how to build the system platform architecture. Based on system function demand analysisa system platform frame which contains the data service layerfunction layer and extensible platform application layer is proposed with the technology of BIMWeb3Ddatabase management. The construction data management system based on BIM realizes the interactive management of BIM model and construction data on the basis of Weband provides different user permissions query informationwhich can check out the construction model and query the information related to construction whenever and wherever via internet.
