1 Preface
Since the general inverter entered the Chinese market in 80s, it has been widely used in more than ten years. At present, general frequency converter is more and more popular with its advantages of intelligence, digitalization and networking. With the enlargement of the application scope of general frequency converter, more and more problems are exposed, mainly in the following aspects:
Harmonic problem
Frequency converter load matching problem
Fever problem
These problems have attracted the attention of management departments and factories and mines, and formulated relevant technical standards. For example, harmonic problems, China adopted the Interim Provisions on power system harmonic management and GB/T-14549-93 standards in 1984 and 1993, which used to limit harmonic pollution of power supply systems and power equipment. In view of the above questions, this article has carried on the analysis, and proposed the solution and the countermeasure.
2 harmonic problems and Their Countermeasures
The main circuit of general frequency converter usually consists of three parts: rectifier part, inverter part and filter part. The rectifier is a three-phase bridge controlled rectifier, and the inverter is a IGBT three-phase bridge inverter, and the output is PWM waveform. For a bipolar modulated frequency converter, the output voltage waveform is expanded as follows:
