摘 要兔毫釉是黑釉名贵品种，属于二液分相的釉，其特点是在黑底釉上透出黄红色流纹或黄棕色底釉上透出黑色流丝，自然流淌恰似兔毛悬浮在釉面上而得名。本课题主要采用单因素试验方法，较为系统地研究了Fe2O3、石英、高岭土、方解石单一原料量的改变对釉面效果的影响，分析了K/Na比例变化和Si/Al的改变对釉面流动性和“兔毫”形成的影响。通过试验发现：当釉中Fe2O3含量为5%～5.6%时，会形成铁的过饱和溶液，利于兔毫的形成，实验中可以看出配方中石英含量的最佳值应该是21％-24％范围内比较有利兔毫的析晶，结合资料和实验可知骨灰的含量在3%左右适合兔毫的分相析晶，TiO2和MnO2起着调色作用。关键词：兔毫釉 单因素硅铝比 钾钠比AbstractTuhao glaze is black glaze precious varieties, and due to its produced Yu Jianan kiln so also was called built lamp, in tuhao glaze in the remains to iron for is color agent, due to which contains few of phosphate, dang temperature is high and various components melting of when, and billet body stick attached of glaze is powerful of with billet body bonded, so no and billet body contact of surface Shang of glaze due to melting and flows below, and also occurred lost through role and the Crystal role, on appeared has we by see of tuhao.
