急性白血病患者并发院内感染的临床浅析（Clinical analysis of nosocomial infection in patients with acute leukemia） [Abstract] Objective To investigate the characteristics and predisposing factors of nosocomial infection in patients with acute leukemia (AL). Methods the nosocomial infection in 86 patients with acute leukemia was analyzed retrospectively. Results there were 52 infections in 86 patients. Respiratory tract and oral mucosa are the most common infection sites. The main pathogenic bacteria were G- bacteria and fungi, large dose chemotherapy, leukocyte reduction, broad-spectrum antibiotics use and prolonged hospitalization were the predisposing factors of nosocomial infection. Conclusion intensive care should be taken in patients with acute leukemia. Neutrophils 2 * 109/L were noted for protective isolation. Rational use of antibiotics should be emphasized. Nosocomial infection is a common complication and is often an important prognostic factor.
