(front) front office manager
Report to superior: general manager of hotel (in charge of director)
Supervisor: Guest Service Manager, supervisor at all levels
Contact Department: housekeeping department, finance department, food Beverage Department, marketing department, engineering department, human resources development department, security department, general managers Office
Job responsibilities:
1. directly to the general manager (in charge of the director) is responsible for the implementation of the general manager (in charge of director) issued by the management instructions and administrative orders, in strict accordance with the hotels policies, regulations and regulations, set an example.
2. work out the front office work plan, and guide, implement, check and coordinate the implementation of the plan.
3. organize and lead weekly supervisors regular meeting, listen to report, arrange work and solve work problem. (the meeting time is scheduled to be 14:00 p.m. every Tuesday.)
4. assign tasks to supervisors and foremen.
5., in order to adapt to the development, and constantly improve the front office organization and rules and regulations.
6. understand room reservation, pay close attention to guests condition and control overbooking.
7., to the general manager (in charge of the director) put forward suggestions for room sales, and provide information feedback for the general manager (in charge of director) and other reference decision-making.
8., strengthen horizontal relations with relevant departments.
9. supervise the work progress of each shift leader and correct the deviation.
10. responsible for the safety and fire control of the department.
11. regularly review guest service managers work diary and weekly summary report.
12. assist the general manager (in charge of director) to do the reception work of VIP.
