A total of 1279 patients in 3 three grade medical institutions in Shanghai were investigated. The results show that 82.4% of the surveyed patients think there is a problem of medical treatment, and 96.19% believe that there is a problem with medical treatment. As far as medical treatment is concerned, registration has not become the main problem of queuing, waiting for medical treatment is the main bottleneck, and the exchange time with doctors is generally too short. The main reason for the expensive treatment is the high price of drugs, the higher cost of checking and the higher proportion of self - respect. At the same time, most patients think that doctors tend to buy high priced drugs, while patients tend to buy low priced drugs.
