万安水库移民收入和生活水平恢复的评价与分析 1 1 2 3 邵慧敏 张春美 曾庆连 （1. 江西农业大学经贸学院 江西 南昌 330045 ；2．河海大学商学院 江苏 南京 210098 ； 3 ．江西省移民办公室 江西 南昌 330003） 摘要： 通过对万安水库移民的社会经济发展本底调查， 在对移民生产生活恢复与发展 进行监测并获取大量调查资料的基础上， 采用累积曲线的方法， 对水库移民家庭搬迁前后的 收入和生活水平进行了定量分析。 结果表明移民收入和生活水平得到了不同程度的恢复， 并 有所提高。 分析表明， 移民人均纯收入分布呈均匀化， 而移民家庭生活水平分布有呈两极分 化的趋势。建议政府加大后期扶持力度，改进后期扶持手段，以加快移民搬迁后的发展。 关键词： 万安水库移民 ；收入和生活水平 ；累积曲线；不均匀系数 Appraisement on the income and the livelihood level ’ restores degreeof Wan -An reservoir resettlement Shao-Huimin Zhang-Chunmei Zeng-Qinglian (Jiangxi Agricultures University Jiangxi NanChang 330045 ；Hohai Unversity Jiangsu Nan Jing 210098; Jiangxi Resettlement Office Jiangxi NanChang 330003 ) Abstract: Through the survey of Wan -An reservoir immigrant ’social economy development background monitoring the reservoir resettlement family income and the livelihood level , it is gained large amount of investigation data. It is adopted the accumulating curvilinear method to appraise the reservoir resettlement family income and the livelihood level ,which carried on the quantitative analysis. The result show that not only the result indicated the reservoir resettlement income and the livelihood level obtained the restoration, and also had the enhancement. Reservoir resettlement average per person net income distribution assumes the uniformization, but the livelihood level distribution to have assumed the polarization the tendency.
