The information economy is challenging todays enterprises, and Web applications have a huge advantage over traditional information processing technologies, enabling companies to build their information economy on Internet and WWW. Since the Web generation to now, after a few years of development, Web technology has been browsing from the simple document in the first application development to todays complex electronic commerce, which has experienced a static document, dynamic interactive pages two stages. The first stage of Web technology, mainly for simple static Web page browsing. At this stage, the Web page can only contain some of the same content of information, basically meet the original intention of building Web, and realize the sharing of information resources. With the development of Internet, the first stage of Web technology can not meet peoples further requirements, and then Web technology has entered its second stage of development: dynamic interactive page stage. Web database technology is the most important core technology at this stage. People need to express their opinions, query data and even online shopping through it, which urgently requires the interconnection of Web and database.
