It is the support unit of the microelectronics technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the EDA center of Chinese Academy of sciences. The spirit of seeking truth, thoroughly engrossed in novelty run by the spirit of the strategic needs of the country, undertake key scientific and technological research and product development tasks; actively promote the achievement through all-round cooperation between the application development and industrialization, promote industrial development; development of cutting-edge technology and basic research, interdisciplinary development direction.
