比较PCT、CRP、WBC、Neu%在诊断及治疗感染性疾病中的应用价值 周熙浩 冯孝金 蔡小兰 （富顺县人民医院检验科,四川,自贡643200） 【摘要】目的 比较血降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞（WBC）、中性粒细胞百分比（Neu%）在诊断及治疗感染性疾病的应用价值。方法 将2013年～2014年富顺县人民医院住院患者按细菌感染和非细菌感染各60例，分两组进行血清降钙素原（PCT）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞（WBC）、中性粒细胞百分比（Neu%）检测，并对细菌感染组治疗前后结果进行比较，将所得的各组数据进行统计学分析。结果 两组患者PCT、CRP、WBC、Neu%检测结果均有显著性差异，P0.01。四种检测指标的特异性PCT最高，为88.3%，其次是Neu% 为86.7%，其他两种分别为CRP 78.3%，WBC 83.3%；敏感性WBC最低为81.7%，其余三种均在85%以上，PCT及Neu%达到90%以上； 经有效抗菌药物治疗后, 细菌感染组患者PCT、CRP、WBC、Neu%水平与治疗前比较, 差异有统计学意义(P0.005)，其中以PCT下降程度与疗效相关性最为密切，且与患者预后相关。结论 PCT、CRP、WBC、Neu%测定均可用于感染性疾病的辅助诊断,其中PCT相对其他三种指标具有高特异性和敏感性，动态监测PCT水平有助于评估治疗效果, 协助临床判断病情的预后。 【关键词】降钙素原；C-反应蛋白；白细胞；中性粒细胞百分比；感染性疾病 Comparison of PCT, CRP, WBC AND Neu %’ application value in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases ZHOU Xi-hao, FENG Xiao-jin,CAI Xiao-lan (FuShun County peoples hospital clinical laboratory,Zigong 643200,Sichuan) 【Abstract】objective to compare the blood calcitonin (PCT) and c-reactive protein (CRP) and white blood cells (WBC),neutrophil percentage (Neu %) in the application value in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
