2005 5 5 　 HINA TROPI AL MEDI INE Vol.5 No.5 August 2005 1131 [] 郑文梅, 吴惠玲 摘要:目的　了解江门市饮食从业人员对肝吸虫病防治知识掌 情况, 制定健康教育对策。 　方法　随机抽查 565 名饮食从业人员进行问卷调查。 　结果　肝吸虫病知识晓率为34.16%, 肝吸虫对人体危害的知晓率为18.05%, 肝吸虫感染途径的知晓率为29.73%, 如何预防肝吸虫的知晓率为30.27%。 　结论　饮食从业人员肝吸虫病防治知 识掌 甚少, 应加强这方面的健康教育。 关键词:肝吸虫病;饮食从业;防治;知识;健康教育 中图分类号:R532.23　　文献标识码:B　　文章编号:1009-9727(2005)05-1131-02 Survey of knowledge level of workers in food industry concerning the control of clonorchiasis.ZHENG Wen-mei, WU Hui-ling.(Jiangmen Municipal enter for Disease ontrol and Prevention, Jiangmen 529000, Guangdong, P.R. hina) Abstract:Objective 　To understand the knowledge rate concerning the control of clonochiasis in the workersinfood industry for formulating measure of health education.　Methods　565 workers in food industry were randomly sampled and surveyed with ques- tionnaire .　Results　The knowledge rates of the workers concerning the control of clonochiasis, the harmfulness of lonorchis sinen- sis and the infectious routes of lonorchis sinensiswere 34.16%, 18.05% and 29.73%, respectively.　Conclusion　The knowl- edge level of workers in food industry was low and the work of health education be strengthened.
