The expression of CRP in normal liver tissue by LBA method established in our laboratory was detected in 40 cases of HBsAg positive chronic hepatitis and 15 cases with HBsAg negative staining; to detect the expression of CRP in liver cells, HBsAg with double label. Results 40 cases of hepatitis specimens were positive for CRP expression, similar location and morphology and HBsAg; immuno double label staining showed that CRP and HBsAg in liver cells overlap. In addition, T lymphocytes express CRP. Conclusion CRP can form complexes with HBsAg. CRP may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B related. Methods The LBA was set up in our laboratory to detect the localization of CRP in liver tissue of positive chronic hepatitis patients 40 HBsAg and 15 HBsAg negative normal individuals, as well as immunodouble labelling technique was used to detect the expression of CRP and HBsAg in hepatocytes. Results CRP positive substance appeared in all hepatitis samples. CRP presented 40 HBV a similar distribution and morphological pattern as HBsAg did in hepatocytes. The expression of CRP and HBsAg in hepatocytes was eclipsed by immunodouble labelling technique. The expression of CRP could be detected also In lymphocytes.
