Specifically, legal norms is the adjustment of the currency and capital in the credit activities of all kinds of social relations. From the perspective of jurisprudence, financial law has broad and narrow sense. The financial law of narrow sense refers to the power of state organs in accordance with the statutory authority and procedures formulated or approved, and the force of the state to ensure the implementation of the relevant financial regulatory documents, namely financial law.
