恆春半島的氣候特性與生態環境之研究 The Climatical Characteristics and Ecological Environment of Henchun Peninsula 研究生: 李光明 指導教授: 徐森雄博士 [摘要]120°40′50〞至120°51′40〞，北緯21°54′10〞至54′12〞之間，隨著自然資源保育及休閒旅遊之需要，因而充分瞭解恆春半島的氣候特性及其生態環境，以提升資源保育及旅遊解說內涵，實有其迫切之需要。恆春半島位於北回歸線以南，依柯本氏氣溫及雨量值劃分氣候的標準，屬於Am 型，即熱帶季風氣候。 若依桑氏偉（ Thornthwaite ）以溫度有效指數及降水為標準，應歸類為BA，w。 無論採用何種氣候分類，都說明恆春半島為熱帶濕潤氣候（ 洪桂枝，1974 ），終年高溫，年雨量豐沛，但季節分佈不均，冬季少雨，東北季風強勁。恆春半島於每年十月上旬至翌年四月下旬間，地面常有狂風吹襲，此風呈間歇性，時強時弱，強烈陣風有時如曇花一現，一、兩小時後即消失無蹤，有時亦有長達十天至半月之久，此即「落山風」。 因此由於長期的氣候特性，尤其冬季落山風的吹拂，對當地自然景觀、動物棲身、植物生態、農作與人文現象造成不小的影響，例如風吹砂景觀、風剪樹景觀、氣象災害等等。恆春半島出現的鳥類種類與數量與氣候及季節有很大關係。 根據1989 年 ~ 2001 年調查恆春半島過境猛禽數量，赤腹鷹每年秋季平均約有60,000隻以上， 其中1995 年數量高達100,000隻以上；灰面鶖每年秋季平均約13,000 隻以上，其中2000 年與2001 年數量高達18,000隻以上。海岸植物及草原植物因受鹽害影響，造成乾枯死亡情形。 鹽害對於供電之輸配線，也會造成停電與機組跳脫現象。其中鹽害較嚴重範圍以鵝鑾鼻的東海岸地區，但因此區人煙稀少，傷害情況較輕。近年來，農村口老化，高度工業化、都市化，經濟自由化，加上政府鼓勵稻田轉作或休耕，農業被高度商業化，墾丁國家公園設立，使得觀光業蓬勃發展，落山風的另類運作－「風鈴季」、「飛魚季」，再次開創恆春半島的商業契機。本研究收集恆春半島內的地面氣候資料，進行統計與分析，以探討氣候特性與生態環境的關係，期能提供墾丁國家公園管理處較詳實、豐富之解說資料。 關鍵字: 恆春半島、氣候特性、生態環境、墾丁國家公園 【Abstract】 In 1984, Kenting National Park, the first national park of Taiwan, was situated on The Henchun Peninsula, which is on the very southern tip of Taiwan where is between longitude 120° 40 50E and 120° 51 40E; latitude 21° 54 10N and 21° 54 12N. The Kentng National Park involves the Henchun, Checheng and Manchou administrative districts. As the need of elevating conservancy, leisure tourism and Interpretation, recording and anglicizing the climate and ecological environment of the Henchun Peninsula is a important subject. The Henchun Peninsula is on the south of tropic of cancer. Its climate is categorized to “Am” type i.e. tropical monsoon zone by Kopeen′s or BAw type by Thornthwaite according to its temperature and precipitation. Whatever methodology is taken, it can be say, in Henchun Peninsula, it is tropical humid climate, high temperature all the year and plentiful precipitation. But the precipitation is inequality.
