The construction of compound modern agricultural management system exists problems, which are the support system of agricultural management subject is not smooth, land transfer and scale operation face systematical obstacles, the agricultural socialized service is relative lag, and degree of agriculture organization is low. We should actively cultivate new agricultural management subject, and steadily push forward the land transfer and moderate scale management, actively explore innovative management organization model of agriculture, and speed up the establishment of a new mechanism of agricultural socialized service.
