In this paper, firstly, the definition of the and the important properties of conjugate transformation are given. Secondly, combining the definition of conjugate transformation and the properties of the conjugate transform and the tool of matrix we get some important theorems of conjugate transformation. At Last, according to the relationship between conjugate transformation and symmetry transformation, orthogonal transformation, we use the properties of conjugate transformation to solve some problem of properties and theorems of symmetric transformation and orthogonal transformation.
