城南学院 CHENGNAN COLLEGE OF CUST 课程结业论文 课 程：物流与供应链管理 题 目：浅谈绿色供应链在我国的应用 学生姓名：凌芳 学 号：201093250105 班 级：10市营1班 专 业：市场营销 指导老师：周爱莲 2012-10-25 浅谈绿色供应链在我国的应用 摘要 经济飞速发展所带来的负面效应日益显现，人们逐渐意识到环境的重要性，环境和经济的协调发展已经成为社会各界关注的中心，实现经济、社会和生态效益协调发展已经成为21世纪企业的必然选择。2001年中国加入WTO，加上经济全球化进程的推进，中国企业迎来了更加巨大的机遇和挑战，企业为了保持自身的竞争力，已经从个体管理向供应链管理转变，供应链管理成为企业保持市场竞争力的利器，但由于人们只重视经济的发展，而忽视了生态环境保护，造成生态环境恶化、资源和能源短缺、竞争日益激烈等问题。 我国企业要想在对生态保护越来越重视的全球市场中取得竞争优势，就不能忽视日益明显的环境信号，必须将与环境相容目标纳入供应链管理，即实施绿色供应链管理。 关键词：供应链、绿色供应链管理、BPR Discussion On Green Supply Chain Applicatian In China ABSTRACT The rapid development of economy brings negative effect increasingly,people gradually realized the importance of the environment, the harmonious development of environment and economy has become the center of attention of social all circles, achieve economic, social and ecological benefits of coordinated development in twenty-first Century has become the inevitable choice of the enterprise. In 2001 China joined the WTO, coupled with the development of economic globalization, Chinese enterprises have a more tremendous opportunity and challenge, the enterprise in order to maintain their competitiveness, is from the individual management to supply chain management, supply chain management becomes the enterprise to maintain market competitiveness of the weapon, but because the people only pay attention to the development of economy, and ignored protection of the ecological environment, resulting in the deterioration of ecological environment,the shortage of natural resources and energy, competition is becoming increasingly fierce and other problems. Our country enterprise wants to be in on the ecological protection more and more attention to the global market to gain an advantage in competition, we should not ignore the obvious environmental signals, must be compatible with the environment target into supply chain management, the implementation of green supply chain manage
