摘要 凸轮打开与关闭气门 是一个渐开过程 内燃机受到气门开启速度的制约 不能高效
换气 通过专利技术发明的液压配气技术来驱动气门 就不受凸轮形状的限制 气门的开启曲
线从正弦波变为矩形波 使内燃机的充气系数得到极大提高 该技术结构简单 可靠性好 克
服了一般电磁 液压机构反应速度迟缓的缺陷 通过电子控制技术 对该机构的液压阀套的角

就能达到可变气门正时 VVT 如使制动杆与阀套转角连动 还可达到利用发动机主
动制动的功能
Abstract: Highly efficient gas exchange in internal combustion engine can not be realized
because opening and closing of valves by cam is a gradually operating process and also is re!
stricted by opening speed. By adopting patented hydraulic valve train system to drive valves
with hydraulic pressure in stead of cam, valve lift curve becomes rectangle instead of sine
wave which improves air charge volume efficiency significantly. This technology is simple
and reliable without disadvantage of slow response that common electric -hydraulic systems
usually have. With electronic control, this system can have a function of variable valve timing
by rotating hydraulically driven intake and exhaust valve sleeves slightly. The system can also
have a function of engine brake if the hydraulically driven exhaust valve sleeve is connected
