摘要随着企业信息化进程的不断深人。企业信息化所涉及的管理与技术问题日益增多，也日趋复杂。，为了应对企业
信息化的复杂性和所带来的风险，IT战略规划作为企业信息化过程的一个重要环节在很多大型企业得到了采用。本文从设
计、经验和演变(进化，变革)三个视角分析IT战略规划所涉及的问题，并从三个角度分析了基于企业架构的lT规划过程。
