矿井防治水措施 为了更好地贯彻执行《煤矿防治水规定》切实抓好矿井防治水工作。确保安全生产，特根据我矿实际编制矿井防治水措施及水害预警程序。 一、建立健全防治水领导机构 1、成立了矿井防治水工作领导组 矿 长 : 郭爱权 总 工 : 马锡友 成 员 : 闫志刚、黄明光、王占东、曹继伟、李清臣、郝达来、刘学全、史永成、朱彩飞、赵强 二、地形地貌 ～mm，年蒸发量为2297.4～2833.7 mm,是降水量的4～5倍。气温最高为36.6℃ (1975年7月16日),最低为-30.1℃(1974年12月14日)，年平均气温为6.2℃。春冬两季风力较大，一般在4级以上，最大风力可达10级，年平均风速3.5m/s,风向多为西北风。冰冻期较长，最长冻土天数为167天（1976年）最大冻土深度为2.04m（1964年3月1日）。 五、矿区水文地质概况 1、本矿位于乌兰木伦河、束会川两河分水岭西侧，紧靠乌兰木伦河（据井田边界最近处约230m），为半干旱、半沙漠地区。地形东北高，西南低，植被稀少。附近最大的地表水为乌兰木伦河，长年有水，水量随季节变化较大。区内最大河谷为考考赖沟，发源于勘查区东北部龙王庙滩，经矿区东南边缘流向区外，汇入乌兰木伦河。 区内风积沙广布，多为波状沙丘及平沙地，基岩没有出露，该层厚度0.70-76.47m，厚度变化较大，东部最薄，向西变厚。该层为透水不含水层。 区内最低侵蚀基准点标高1165m。 2、含、隔水层水文地质特征 本区按地层岩性可划分两大类A、B、C、D、E、F六个含水层位，这些含水层由于受地层沉积厚度的不同和岩性变化及顶部地层被剥蚀的程度不同，其分布面积含水性有较大的变化。含、隔水层组合关系见表1－2－8。 （1）孔隙潜水含水层 全新统风积沙（Q4eol）A含水层 区内广泛分布，常形成沙漠地形，钻孔揭露厚度0.70～～～～ family 7 being killed there.
