2014届毕业生 毕业论文 题 目: 农村剩余劳动力转移的现状及问题研究 学院名称： 经济贸易 年级专业： 经济学F1001 学生姓名： 吴梅莲 学 号： 201046910128 指导教师： 戴晓鹂 教师职称： 副教授 2014年 5 月 22 日  摘 要 农村剩余劳动力转移问题，是解决农民增收问题的关键，是“三农”问题的核心。党的十八，再一次把解决“三农”的问题作为我国全党工作的重心，因为它不仅仅关系到农业的现代化和城市化的进程,而且直接关系到农民增收的问题,更加关系到城乡经济协调发展和社会的稳定以及我国的社会主义新农村建设的问题，所以解决“三农”问题到目前为止依然是国家建设发展的重点。基于这样的研究背景，本文首先对相关概念进行了界定，然后以西方经济学边际报酬递减规律为依据，解释了农村剩余劳动力产生的原因，再对农村剩余劳动力转移历程进行了回顾同时，结合实际分析了我国农村剩余劳动力转移的现状和刘易斯拐点下的新变化，进一步根据我国土地制度、户籍制度、劳动力文化水平和刘易斯拐点等，总结出农村剩余劳动力转移中存在的制度性制约因素和非制度性制约因素，文章最后依照存在的问题提出了相对应的制度方面和非制度方面的解决措施。 关键词：农村剩余劳动力；边际报酬递减规律；土地制度；刘易斯拐点 Title The Study on The Present Situation and Problems of The Rural Surplus Labor Transfer Abstract The problem of transfering of rural surplus labor is the key to solve the problem of increasing peasants income ,and also the core of the three agricultural problem. In the 18th Party , it also putting forward to settle the three agricultural problem as our gravity, cause it is not only relating to agricultural of modernization and urbanization of process, but also directly relating to farmers’ increasing of problem. So the settlement of three agricultural problem is still the focus of our national construction development. Based on such researching background, the article firstly defines the related conception, then explaines the production of rural labor according to ,the western economics Descending Marginal Returns Law. Meanwhile,the article recalls the cause of rural labor transfering, and then analysis the rural labor transfer system by using the Lewis Turning points, according to our land system 、household system、labour literacy and Lewis Turning points. Then summarizing the non-institutional and institutional couse of rural surplus labor force transfer, in the last part of the article,constructive suggestions are also put forward.
