浅谈市政工程施工过程中质量管理摘要：在市政建设施工中之所以会频频发生一些重大的质量事故，也出现了一批各式各样的偷工减料的“渣滓工程”，不仅危害到国家和人民生命财产，使国家和人民生命财产蒙受重大损失，也给社会造成极其恶劣的负面影响，就是因为没有行之有效的质量管理方法针对工程施工质量加以控制。在加大基础设施建设、实施扩大内需和发展国民经济等重大决策中，工程质量控制问题已成为决定成功与失败的重要因素之一。所以，只有加强对建设项目中存在的质量管理因素的分析，增强对建设项目质量管理方法的掌控，才能起到有效管理工程质量，进而提高工程施工的质量水平。 关键词：市政建设；工程质量；管理方法 Abstract: in the construction of municipal construction are occurred frequently some important quality accident, also appeared a batch of all kinds of jerry “dross engineering”, not only harm to the state and the people’s life and property, so that the nation and the people’s life and property suffered heavy losses, to the society by the negative impact of very bad, it is because no effective quality management method in the engineering construction quality to control. In more infrastructure construction, the implementation of expanding domestic demand and to develop the national economy and the important decision and engineering quality control has become a success and failure to one of the important factors. Therefore, only to strengthen existing in the construction project of the analysis of the factors of quality management, enhance the quality of construction project management methods of control, can have effective management of engineering quality, and improve the quality of the project construction level. Keywords: municipal construction; Engineering quality; Management method 中图分类号：F253.3文献标识码：A 文章编号： 1、市政建设施工的特点 1.1工作中难度较大是质量管理。一般市政工程项目都是由政府投资建设的，为了降低城市所受到的干扰，在工程建设中对工期的要求是有严格的限制的，时限只能提前，不能延误，通常是任务重，开工急，工期短。承建方往往是压缩工期，对施工进度要求的相当紧，因为只是片面追求施工进度与数量，而忽视了工程质量、不讲效益，无形中提高了质量管理的难度。 1.2相对狭小的施工现场。市政工程经常会影响到施工现场及周围的环境和交通，给人们生活和出行造成诸多不便。因为市政工程多数是在城市的街道上进行施工，场地狭小。这种情况也在控制市政工程建设工期方面和质量管理方面增加了难度。 1.3复杂的地下管线。如果地下管线位置不明确，在市政工程施工过程中就很容易发生意外。比如，自来水管道和燃气管道，通信电缆，特别是军事电缆和国际电讯电缆等等，这些设施被破坏造成严重的社会影响和重大的经济损失。对此，承建方在工程开工前就需要熟知施工地段地下管线布局，避免破坏管线，造成经济损失和延误施工进度。 2、当前市政工程质量中存在的问题 2.1技术标准问题 现在的市政设计、施工标准与实际发展相比，有的标准滞后，有的标准空缺，这制约了工程质量水平的提高，造成先天不足。 2.2市政工程施工图审查问题 现在
