浅谈旅游规划及旅游设计有机结合摘要:旅游规划在我国编制已经普及到县、甚至乡镇。然而,越来越多的人提出,旅游规划不能指导产业的发展,不断的要求修编。修编后发觉,仍不能解决招商引资、营销促销、景区经营等实际问题。其实,这是由于两方面原因造成的:一是规划的修编跟不上社会发展的变化、旅游发展的要求;二是委托方对规划要求过高,要求规划方能做到用策划来指导规划使规划得到更好的实施。规划本身存在的问题主要有:规划单位的资质不够、能力有限、顾忌成本、基础资料调查不详细等导致规划深度不足,定位不准等。由于旅游规划的市场扩展,从事旅游规划的单位也随之增多,市场竞争日益激烈,导致了旅游规划公司为竞标而打“价格战”,低价不能保证优质。而对规划的过高要求体现在:要求规划完成不属于其规划范畴任务。比如针对细分市场的营销方式等或者更有甚者说用规划怎么来指导近期操作等问题,都属于市场策划的范畴。因此这些问题的解决必须把规划和策划有机的结合起来使策划指导规划、规划体现策划。 关键词:旅游,规划 , 策划,结合 Abstract: tourism planning in China has spread to prepare county, even township.
