清醒镇静应用于腹部吸脂术效果观察[摘要]目的:通过对三种麻醉方式应用于腹部吸脂术的临床观察,探讨腹部吸脂术的最适麻醉方法。方法:选择ASAI-II级择期行腹部吸脂术的女性就医者90例,随机分为三组，每组30例，A组肿胀麻醉组，B组为硬膜外麻醉+肿胀麻醉组，C组为清醒镇静+肿胀麻醉组。观察三组就医者的麻醉效果，术中生命体征变化，不良反应及术后恢复情况。结果：三组的一般情况及术中各组循环功能变化比较无差异；麻醉优良率B、C两组显著高于A组；C组不良反应发生率显著低于A、B两组，主观评价满意率显著高于A、B两组；术后恢复过程三组均平稳。结论：清醒镇静+肿胀麻醉用于腹部吸脂术具有操作简便，麻醉效果好，主观评价满意率高，不良反应少的优点，值得临床推广应用。 [关键词]清醒镇静；腹部吸脂术；肿胀麻醉；硬膜外麻醉； [中图分类号]R622[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2008）05-03 Observation on the effect of conscious sedation in abdominal liposuction BO Hong-bing,LUO Yuan-guo,GAN Xue-wen,LI Hong,ZHANG Xu （Department of Anesthesiology, the 181st Hospital ofPLA, Guilin 541002,Guangxi,China） Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the optimal anesthesia method by comparing the clinical effect of the three anesthesia technology used in abdominal liposuction.MethodsTotally 90 ASAI~II female patients undergoing abdominal liposuction were randomly divided into three groups: Group A: tumescent anesthesia(n=30); Group B: epidural anesthesia plus tumescent anesthesia(n=30); Group C: conscious sedation plus tumescent anesthesia(n=30). Anesthetic efficacy, the changes of hemodynamics, Side-effects and recovery condition after operation were observed and recorded.ResultsGeneral condition and the changes of hemodynamics were not significantly different among the three groups at any time point, but anesthesia technique was more effective in group B and C than that in group A, Side-effects were significantly decreased in group C than that in group A and B. Subject evaluation was more satisfactory in group C than that in other groups.ConclusionThe efficacy of conscious sedation plus tumescent anesthesia in abdominal liposuction is effective, simple and safe with less side effects and satisfactory subject evaluation.
