温胃颗粒药效学实验探究 摘 要：目的：研究具有温补脾胃、消痞散满、缓急止痛作用的中药温胃颗粒对小鼠小肠运动的影响、是否具有抗胃溃疡以及抗炎、镇痛的作用。方法：以正常小鼠为研究对象，观察温胃颗粒对正常小鼠小肠运动的影响；以无水乙醇致小鼠急性胃溃疡模型为研究对象，观察其对模型小鼠胃黏膜的保护作用；以二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型为研究对象，观察其对抗急性炎症的作用；以醋酸致小鼠疼痛模型为研究对象，观察其镇痛作用。结果：温胃颗粒能够明显促进正常小鼠小肠蠕动；显著降低乙醇致胃溃疡小鼠溃疡指数；明显降低二甲苯致耳肿胀小鼠的肿胀度；能够显著减少醋酸导致的小鼠扭体次数。结论：温胃颗粒具有促进小肠推进、抑制胃溃疡以及明显的抗炎镇痛作用。 关键词：温胃颗粒；小肠推进；胃溃疡；抗炎镇痛 中图分类号：R969文献标识码：A文章编号：1673-7717(2011)12-2774-03 Pharmacodynamical Experience Research of Wenwei Granule WANG Jian1, WANG Qinghua2, JIA Dong1, SHENG Liangliang1, ZHANG Yi1, WANG Shuai1 (1.Liaoning University of TCM, Shenyang 110847, Liaoning, China; 2.Affliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM, Shenyang 110032, Liaoning, China) Abstract:Objective: The effects of Wenwei Granule which can warm spleen and stomach, dissipate mass, relax spasm and relieve pain on small intestine movement of mice were studied to determine whether it has functions of anti-gastric ucler, anti-inflammation and reliving pains. Methods: Normal mice were selected and the effects of Wenwei Granule on small intestine movements were observed. The acute gastric mode was induced by absolute ethyl alcohol. The protecting effect of gastric mucosa was observed. The ear-distention model was induced by dimethylbenzene and the anti-inflammation function was observed. The pain model was induced by acetic acid and the function of reliving pain was observed. Results: Wenwei Granule could obviously improve small intestine peristalsis; obviously decrease the index of gastric ulcer; obviously decrease the distention of ear; and obviously reduce twisting times due to acetic. Conclusions: Wenwei Granule can improve small intestine movement and have functions of anti-gastric ulcer, anti-inflammation and relieving pains.
