窄谱中波紫外线联合自体表皮移植治疗白癜风临床观察[摘要]目的：评价窄谱中波紫外线两种照射方法联合自体表皮移植治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效。方法：将患者分为三组，均接受自体表皮移植术治疗稳定期白癜风，治疗一组采用窄谱UVB术前（供皮区）、术后（受皮区）照射，治疗二组仅术后（受皮区）接受窄谱UVB照射，对照组单纯接受自体表皮移植术。结果：窄谱UVB配合自体表皮移植与单纯自体表皮移植治疗白癜风疗效差异有统计学意义（P0.05），窄谱UVB在术前（供皮区）、术后（受皮区）照射与仅术后（受皮区）接受窄谱UVB照射比较，前者第一、二疗程结束的痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：窄谱UVB联合自体表皮移植可增加皮片存活率，供皮区术前接受适当窄谱UVB照射后更能加速存活皮片的复色率和色斑的扩大，缩短病程，为目前治疗白癜风的一种更为安全、有效的治疗方法。 [关键词]白癜风；紫外线；窄谱；表皮移植 [中图分类号]R758.41 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2008）08-1185-03 The therapeutic effect observation of combined use of narrow-spectrum reflection medium UV rays with transplantation of autoallergic endepidermis to treat vitiligo JIANG Xiao-yin,SHEN Bin,DENG Fu-sheng （Department ofDermatology，the First People’s Hospital， Chenzhou 423000，Hunan，China） Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the theraputic effect of combined use of two shotting ways of narrow-spectrum reflection medium UV rays with transplantation of autoallergic endepidermis to treat stationary phases vitiligo. Methods All three groups were treated with transplantation of autoallergic endepidermis,the therapeutic group 1 were shotted with narrow-spectrum UVB before operation(the donor endepidermis area) and after operation(the recipient area),the therapeutic group 2 were shotted with narrow-spectrum UVB only after operation(the recipient area) while the control group doesn’t receive any UVB treatment. Results The statistics difference (P0.05) was detected between the combined use of narrow-spectrum UVB with tranplantation of autoallergic endepidermis group and the transplantation of autoallergic endepidermis solo group. We only saw the statistics difference(P0.05) of therapeutic effect between the therapeutic group 1 and therapeutic group 2 when the first 1 and 2 course of treatment was over. ConclusionThe combined use of narrow-spectrum UVB with transplantation of autoallergic endepidermis can elevate the survival rate of free skin graft.
