红霉素软膏结合活肤泉水治疗口周皮炎疗效研究[摘要]目的：分析使用红霉素软膏结合活肤泉水治疗口周皮炎，在缓解本病临床效果方面的作用。方法：临床确诊口周皮炎患者50例,随机分为三组：红霉素治疗组：给予红霉素软膏外用,每日2次；活肤泉水治疗组：患者每日间隔2h外用某活肤泉水并待其自然干燥；联合治疗组：给予红霉素软膏外用,每日2次,并间隔2h外用某活肤泉水。分别在治疗前、治疗后3天和7天，采用4分评分系统对临床症状（红斑、瘙痒、刺灼）进行评分。统计学分析各组在缓解临床症状上的差别。结果：和红霉素软膏相比，活肤泉水能显著改善瘙痒和刺灼感。红霉素软膏在改善皮损红斑方面具有明显效果，在改善刺灼感方面和活肤泉水表现出一定的叠加效应。结论：本研究表明，红霉素软膏结合活肤泉水治疗口周皮炎的效果稳定，能显著改善患者面部不适，值得临床推广使用。 [关键词]活肤泉水；口周皮炎；红霉素软膏 [中图分类号]R758.22 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2008）05-03 Effect analysis of erythromycin crem and thermal spring waters in the treatment of perioral dermatitis QI Xian-long, LIU Lan, LIU Ling，GUO Yuan （Institute of Dermatology ＆Venereology of Chinese PLA，Xijing Hospital，Fourth Military Medical Nniversity，Xian 710032，Shaanxi，China） Abstract： ObjectiveTo evaluated the effect of a kind of thermal spring waters and the erythromycin crem in the treatment of perioral dermatitis. Methods50 cases perioral dermatitis patients were devided into 3 groups randomly: for erythromycin crem treatment group, the crem were used twice a day; for the thermal spring water group, the water were used once 2 h; for the combination group, the crem and the water were both used. At 0, 3 and 7 days after treatment, the uncomfortable feeling and sign were evaluated with 4 grade system. And the difference were caluated with statistics. Results The thermal spring water can improve the pruritus and sting of these patients obviously in compare with erythromycin crem, and erythromycin crem is better than the thermal spring water in the improvement of erythema, and there are superimposed effect in the improvement of sting with the thermal spring water. Conclusion There are good result in the treatment of perioral dermatitis with erythromycin crem in combination with the thermal spring water, which can improve the uncomfortale obviously, which is a good choice for the patients.
