运脾温阳方及拆方对正常及脾虚小鼠脾细胞增殖影响摘 要：目的:观察运脾温阳方及拆方对正常和大黄致脾虚小鼠脾细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用正常和15％大黄水煎液灌胃造成脾虚模型的小鼠,制作脾细胞悬液经培养后，加入ConA或LPS各50μL后，加入运脾温阳方及拆方50μL，培养72h后用MTT检测。结果：运脾温阳方及拆方对正常小鼠和刀豆蛋白诱导脾细胞增殖具有明显的促进作用，对脂多糖诱导的正常小鼠脾细胞增殖未见有明显的促进作用。运脾温阳方及拆方的各剂量组体外对脾虚小鼠、脂多糖和刀豆蛋白诱导的脾细胞增殖都具有明显的促进作用。拆方中各药作用效果均低于全方组。结论：运脾温阳方及拆方具有促进B细胞和T细胞增殖的作用。 ? 关键词：运脾温阳方及拆方；大黄；脾虚；脾细胞增殖；ConA；LPS? 中图分类号：R285.5 文献标识码：A文章编号： 1673-7717（2008）11-2397-03 ?? Abstract：Objeetive :To observe the effects of Yunpi Wenyang Prescription and its different groups of Chinese herbs OD proliferation of spleen cell of normal and rhubarb caused splenic asthenia mice.Methods：Adopt the normal and the splenic asthenia mouse，the mice models of spleen deficiency were established by lavage with 15％rhubarb decoction，make spleen cell suspension and cultivation，50μL Yunpi Wenyang Prescription and its different groups were added to spleen cell suspension supplemented with 50μL Con A or LPS respectively and detected by MTT method after 72h cultivated.Results：Yunpi Wenyang Prescription and its different groups could promote the proliferation of spleen cell of normal mice caused by ConA significantly，while the improvement caused by LPS were not significant．Yunpi Wenyang Prescription and its different groups could increase significantly the proliferation of spleen cell of splenic asthenia mice caused by ConA and LPS．The effective of difierent groups of Chinese herbs were lower than whole recipe.
