摘 要 作为轻轨和地铁车辆重要部件,轨道车辆门在车辆中扮演着重要的角色。设计中除了要其具有良好的密封和制造工艺、足够的刚度并且外形与整车相协调外,合理的振动特性也是十分必要的,从而可以避免轨道车辆在运行过程中各部件之间产生共振,导致某些部件的早期损坏,影响到城市轨道车辆的安全运营状况。因此,车门结构的设计与改进在轨道车辆的设计中占有重要的地位。 本文将UG和ANSYSUG中构建轨道车辆门的几何模型,利用ANSYS与UGANSYS中,建立门结构有限元分析模型,对模型进行求解分析,得到模态参数(包括固有频率、阻尼比和振型等)。 通过对轨道车辆门的模态分析,得到固有频率和振型出容易发生共振的频率域轨道车辆过道门在车辆前进过程时会发生颤振,这是轨道车辆过道门发生自激振动的主要形式对轨道车辆过道门进行模态试验实际研究,研究轨道车辆过道门振动产生的原因、运动规律,其对机械系统以及整体结构的影响,寻求控制、消除振动或利用振动的方法,具有良好的动态性能达到可靠工作 Finite Element Modeling and Analysis for the Modals of Mass Transit Vehicles Door ABSTRACT Mass transit vehicles door plays an important role in the subway and transit vehicle. The casing design account in addition to its good sealing, manufacturing processes, sufficient rigidity and coordinated with the vehicle. What’s more, the dynamic characteristics are also very important in avoiding resonance between various components during operation. So it is of great significance to improve the design efficiency of the door casing in the whole design cycle. In this paper, the author combined the software UG with ANSYS to build a mass transit vehicle door casing geometric model. Using the data exchange function of ANSYS and UG railway vehicle door structure model into ANSYS, the door structure finite element analysis model is set up to solve the model analysis, getting the modal parameters (including natural frequency, damping ratio and mode shapes, etc.) Through the analysis of railway vehicles door modeling, getting the inherent frequency and vibration mode of the modeling, the analysis of the railway vehicle door is easy to resonate in procession of frequency domain, which is located in the top and the center of the glass door. The analysis results show that the process of railway vehicle door happens on flutter, which is the main form of self-excited vibration.
