谈科技期刊价值体现 应学术交流而生 为学术交流而变 ——谈科技期刊的价值体现 赵大良1,2，刘杨2，苗凌2 （1.西安交通大学新闻和传播研究所，710049，西安；2. 西安交通大学期刊中心，710049，西安） 摘要：针对传统科技期刊出版者对网络化、数字化冲击的担忧，从科技期刊的产生、科技期刊的价值表现等角度进行研究后认为：印刷技术和纸张的发明是科技期刊产生的技术基础，学术交流的需要是科技期刊产生的根本原因，纸质版科技期刊不能等同于科技期刊，科技期刊的核心价值体现于科技期刊在学术交流中的创造性劳动。基于科技期刊在学术交流中所体现出的独特价值，科技期刊不仅不会在技术进步中消亡反而会借助先进的技术手段发挥更加重要的作用。在网络化、数字化的环境下，科技期刊应该也能够适应学术交流的需要，从传播方式、传播载体、办刊理念、评价方式和出版模式等方面做出改变，以一种新的形式展现在人们的面前。 关键词：科技期刊；学术交流；网络化；数字化；创造性劳动 Born for Academic Exchanges and Now Change for Them — On the new presentation of values of scientific journals ZHAO Daliang1,2, LIU Yang2, MIAO Ling2 （1.Institute of Journalism and Communication , of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an 710049; 2.Journals Publishing House of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an 710049） Abstract: Focusing on the concerns about the networking and digitalization, the traditional scientific and technical journal publishers have investigated the generation and the valuation of scientific and technical journal, who find out that firstly the inventions of print technology and paper are the technical bases of the generation of scientific and technical journals; Then the requirements of the academic exchange are the essential reasons for the generating scientific and technical journals; Finally the core value of scientific and technical journals reflects the creative work during the academic exchange. Based upon the unique value of scientific and technical journals in the academic exchange, they are expected to play more important role instead of withering away in the technological progress. Under the conditions of networking and digitalization, scientific and technical journals will appear in a new way resulting from varying with the transmission mode, transmission media, publication idea, evaluation criterion and publishing mode to meet the needs of academic exchange.
