LATS3006 一、适用范围 Scope Of Application 本规范适用于上海利安润滑设备制造海安有限公司酸洗工段。 This specification applies to Shanghai LiAn Lubrication Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. pickling section 二、具体要求The Specific Requirements A:不锈钢酸洗钝化工艺流程 Stainless Steel Pickling Passivation Technological Process 去油 清理污物 净水冲洗 酸洗钝化 ------------ 净水冲洗 ----------- 吹干 Remove the oil Clean up the dirt Clean water rinse Pickling passivation ---------- Clean water rinse --------- Blow air dry 一． 酸洗、钝化前的预处理 Pickling And Passivation Pretreatment 1. 对制造完工后的不锈钢容器或零部件按图样和工艺文件的要求，对规定项目检查合格后，才能进行酸洗、钝化预处理。 About the finished stainless steel oil tank and parts according to the requirement of the drawings and process documents,after qualified about specified the project inspection,the pretreatment of pickling passivation can proceed. 2. 将焊缝及其两侧焊渣、飞溅物清理干净，容器的机加工件表面应用清洗剂去除油渍等污物。 Clean the welding slag, spatter,should use detergent to remove the machined surface oil contaminant. 3. 清除焊缝异物时，应用不锈钢丝刷，不锈钢铲或砂轮清除，清除完毕用净水（水中氯离子含量不超过25mg/l）冲刷干净。 Remove the welding slag,should use stainless steel wire brush, stainless steel shovel or grinding wheel to cleaning it,after cleaning,use clean water (the water is not more than 25 mg/l chloride ion content) to scoured its. 4. 当油污严重时则用3-5%的碱溶液将油污清除，并用净水冲洗干净。 When oil pollution is serious, use a 3-5% of alkali solution to clean it ,finally, use the clean water scoured clean. 5. 制定酸洗、钝化的安全措施，确定必须的用具和劳动防护用品。 Enact pickling and passivation security rules, determine the necessary tools and labor protection articles . 二．酸洗、钝化溶液及膏的配方Pickling And Passivation Solution Formula And Paste Recipe 1. 酸洗钝化液配方：硝酸（比重1.42）20
