The results showed that compared with other areas Zhaoxian has a prominent comprehensive comparative advantage. Its scale comparative advantage is remarkable but not in efficiency. The EF in Zhaoxian is 9.931 and its standard deviation is 1.436. Zhaoxian has a notable re- source endowment advantage but it is not stable. The essay point out that Zhaoxian should optimize planting structure，engage mechanization，labor saving，standardization in pear production，establish a high standard demonstration garden，develop company and farmers model. Through the analysis and advice，the paper wish that Zhaoxian can reveal its comparative advantages，strengthen industrial competitive and make it a sustainable industry. Key words：Zhaoxia
