HW development for different power electronics circuits mainly for motor drives Cooperation in Global RD projects Project details项目: Using Saber (MAST language) to develop and maintain coupled electrical and thermal models for different power electronics circuits Investigation of state-of-the-art tools for EMC modelling of power electronic circuits Research cooperation with Chinese university and Grundfos RD in Denmark Using models for development of robust power electronics circuits in cooperation with RD center in Denmark Qualifications 要求: MS degree in Electrical Engineering Theoretical and practical experience in power electronics research and engineering (e.g. power rectifiers inverters including control, protection, cooling etc.) Experience with common power electronics simulation tools, such as Saber (MAST language), PSPICE, and Matlab/Simulink Experience with properties and practical applications of power electronic devices like IGBTs, PowerMosfets, gate drives etc. Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues Strong analytical and innovative thinking Systematic approach to problem solving and documentation Flexible, self-starter, high energy level, team player Strong written and oral English skills Opportunity: Possibility for training and participating in projects in RD center in Denmark
