師生非正式互動及同儕互動對大學生 生活適應的影響 摘 要 本研究旨在探討師生非正式互動、同儕互動對大學生生活適應的影 響,調查對象包括台灣地區15 所大學通識課學生共693 人。研究結果發 現:1.現今大學師生非正式互動頻率偏低,同儕互動頻率較高,兩種互動 的品質皆屬良好。2. 不論頻率或品質,師生非正式互動及同儕互動皆分別 與生活適應成正相關。3.就預測生活適應而言,改善同儕互動品質並增加 同儕互動頻率,能改善生活適應,並取代了師生非正式互動的影響力。 本研究對大學機構、大學教師及大學生皆分別提出了建議。 The Effect of Student-Faculty and Peer Interaction on College Students’ Life Adjustment Abstract Student-faculty informal relationships and peer interaction can be important for college students to improve their life adjustment. For testing these hypotheses, the current study carried out a survey on 693 students from 15 colleges in Taiwan. It was found that, firstly, the frequency of student- faculty informal interaction is insufficient, while the frequency of peer interaction is much more higher. However, the quality of both kinds of interaction is good. Secondly, regardless of frequency or quality, both student-faculty informal interaction and peer interaction are significantly and positively related with life adjustment. Thirdly, for predicting life adjustment, a combination of quality of peer interaction and frequency of peer interaction replaced the predicting power of student-faculty informal interaction. It was suggested that colleges should facilitate informal interaction between students and faculties as well as improve quality and quantity of peer interaction through the design of curriculum and instruction, supervision systems, extra cu
