东北农业大学学士学位论文 学号： 南京市区犬巴贝斯虫病的诊断与 流行病学调查 Diagnosis and Investigation on Epidemic Disease of Cannie Babesia Gibsoni in Nanjing 学生姓名： 指导教师： 所在院系： 所学专业：动物医学 研究方向：基础兽医学 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国哈尔滨 年月 摘 要 犬巴贝斯虫病是由巴贝斯科巴贝斯属的原虫寄生于犬的红细胞内引起的一种血液原虫病。犬巴贝斯虫病在南京市区流行较广，给犬的养殖业带来了较大的经济损失。但关于本病的临床病例报道，尤其是针对本病的流行病学方面的记载较少。 本文对2010年南京市区宠物门诊犬巴贝斯虫病进行了临床诊断与实验室诊断。在此基础上根据南京市区艾贝尔宠物医院2004—2010年门诊记录对本病进行了回顾性调查分析。本次共调查病例38392例，其中患犬巴贝斯虫病病例6832例，占患病总数的17.80%；在发患病犬中,治愈数量为6301例，死亡数量为531例，死亡率约为7.77%。针对本文调查的6832例犬巴贝斯虫病病例，分别对本病的患病数量、患病年龄、性别、品种和季节性等方面进行了系列统计分析。结果表明，本病一年四季均可发生，从5月份开始病例数量增多并一直持续到10月份，其中8月为本病发病高峰期，占总病例数的13.44%。发病犬性别与患病率无关，雄性犬与雌性犬的患病率分别为50.35%与49.65%；发病犬年龄与患病率也无关联性，各年龄犬均可发病；在发病犬品种上，杂犬、德牧犬、金毛犬与鹿犬等较活泼的犬发病率较高，分别为31.20%、24.11%、10.67%与10.67%，而较温顺的犬，如博美犬、贵宾犬的患病率较低，分别为3.29%与3.78%；对于本病的发病数量，南京市区采取了针对犬种的引进、圈舍的清洁、犬体本身的处理和传播疾病的蜱的处理四个方面分别采取了有效措施，使南京市区从2007年开始，本病的发病率逐年减低，到2010年底本病的发病率从发病高峰期的22.37%降低到7.14%，共降低了15.23%。 , 关键词：犬；巴贝斯虫病；诊断；流行病学 Abstract Cannie Babesia Gibsoni in dogs by parasitic protozoa of the genus bass of red blood cells in dogs caused by a blood protozoosis.
