In the current financial management of state-owned enterprises in China there are many problems. These problems seriously hinder the development of state-owned enterprises in China, on Chinas economy had an immeasurable impact. This article is to identify the state-owned enterprise financial management problems, and give a solution to help the state-owned enterprises out of existing impact. Financial management in state-owned enterprises: strong sense of risk management; state the overall quality of corporate financial officers need to be further enhanced; internal management system and the main problems with poor management of funds. Described in this article the above problems, discuss and give a solution: improve the companys financial management structure, improve the efficiency of state-owned capital; enhancing vocational training and lifelong learning, enhance the overall quality of corporate financial officers of state; improve rules and regulations, establishment of modern enterprise management mode. In the future, should effectively grasp the reform of financial management focus, emphasizing standardized management, the implementation of one of the financing for measures to strengthen risk management and information technology means, the financial management of state-owned enterprises will make a fundamental change.
