内江市部分医疗机构临床输血管理及输血科(血库)现状调查【摘要】目的:调查四川省内江市医疗机构输血及输血管理现状,总结工作中存在的问题和面临的主要挑战,为内江市卫生局制定科学、有效的采供血干预措施提供决策依据。方法:依据全市医院的地理分布及级别差异,选取内江市二级以上的15家全民所有制医院、采用实地调查结合问卷方式进行调研。结果:被查单位医院输血管理总体上符合国家输血相关法规要求,大都建立了临床输血管理组织,配备了专、兼职负责人员,完善了临床输血管理制度和人员岗位责任制度,进一步规范了工作流程、用血审批管理程序以及相关记录、文书,开展了输血前9项检查,但少部分医院的输血管理还存在缺陷,输血安全及相关技术与监督管理方面仍需完善。结论:通过调查结果,内江市卫生局制定出了针对性的整改促使,保证了医院输血工作的正常运转和发展,为推动我市临床输血医学快速发展起到良好的促进作用。? 【关键词】医疗机构;输血管理;输血科? doi:10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2010.09.013文章编号:1006-1959(2010)-09-2310-02?
