口腔颌面部血管瘤激光治疗130例临床分析[摘要] 目的：探讨口腔颌面部血管瘤激光治疗的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2009年1~12月我院门诊及住院采用激光治疗的130例口腔颌面部血管瘤患者的临床资料。结果：单纯性血管瘤组总有效率明显高于海绵状血管瘤组和混合性血管瘤组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。单纯性血管瘤组不良反应发生率明显低于海绵状血管瘤组和混合性血管瘤组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：激光治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤操作简便、安全、疗程短、不良反应轻、治愈率高，尤其适用于单纯性血管瘤患者的治疗。对于海绵状或混合性血管瘤患者，激光治疗的同时可以配合其他方法综合治疗，以提高治愈率。 [关键词] 激光治疗；口腔颌面部；血管瘤 [中图分类号] R739.8[文献标识码]Ａ [文章编号]1673-7210（2011）03（b）-034-02 Clinical analysis of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma laser in the treatment of 130 patients ZENG Yong Chinese Medicine Hospital of Huanggang City, Hubei Province, Huanggang 438000, China [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the value of clinical applications in the treatment of 130 patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma by lazer. Methods: The data were obtained by collecting and analyzing 130 patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma by lazer from outpatient service as well as inpatient department from January to December 2009 in our hospital. Results: The curative effects of hemangioma simplex group was higher than cavernous hemangioma group and the mixed hemangioma group (P0.05). The incidence of side effects in hemangioma simplex group conclusion was much lower than that of cavernous hemangioma group and mixed hemangioma group (P0.05). Conclusion: Using Laser to cure the oral and maxillofacial hemangioma is simple and convenient operation with the advantages of safe, short course, less bad reactions, higher cure rate, especially applying to the hemangioma simplex patients. As to the cavernous hemangioma and mixed hemangioma patients, laser treatment can be integrated with other methods of treatment to improve the curative effects. [Key words] Laser treatment; Oral and maxillofacial; Hemangioma 口腔颌面部血管瘤是一种临床常见的先天性脉管性良性肿瘤，好发于头面部，总体发生率为1%~3%，且口腔颌面部血管瘤约占全身病变的60%，发病率高，病变部位较特殊，造成诊断容易治疗困难。临床上常根据血管的类型、部位、肿块大小而采用不同的治疗方法，如手术切除、激光治疗等，但目前不主张将手术治疗作为血管瘤的首选治疗[1]，而激光治疗已成为治疗脉管性疾病的重要手段之一。本文回顾分析我院2009年1~12月门诊及住院采用激光治疗的130例口腔颌面部血管瘤患者的临床资料，现将结果报道如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 一
