FOB : Free On Board 装运港船上交货 FOB(…named port of shipment)——装运港船上交货(……指定装运港)是指当货物在指定装运港装到船上，卖方即完成交货。这是指买方必须自该交货点起负担一切费用和货物灭失或损坏的风险。FOB术语要求卖方办理货物出口清关。本术语只适用于海运和内河运输。 “Free on Board” means that the seller delivers the goods on board the vessel nominated by the buyer at the named port of shipment or procures the goods already so delivered. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes when the goods are on board the vessel, and the buyer bears all costs from that moment onwards.
