实践探索 Practice and Exploration 综合性医院日间化疗病房医护一体化管理 模式探索与实践 易琼 田勇梅 黄岑 罗永红 [ 摘 要] 目的：探讨综合性医院日间化疗病房管理模式的改革与创新，解决肿瘤患者住院难、治疗不及时、患者流失等方 面的问题。方法：确定日间化疗收治对象、收治流程；建立日间化疗管理新模式；对新模式的运作进行不断的优化、改进和创 新，实现日间化疗病房医护一体化管理新模式。结果：日间病房在医护人员配置和空间设置上可节约成本约50%以上。从 2010 年至 2013 年，日间病房患者由治疗轮次1轮增加到2～2.5轮，每月治疗人次由300人次增加到900 多人次，日间化疗病房床位 使用率由100.50% 上升到245.00%；2013 年患者住院满意度达 99.95%，比 2010 年上升3.93%；获得患者表扬信由47 封上升 到299 封。连续 2 年无投诉。结论：综合性医院设立日间化疗病房在方便肿瘤化疗患者治疗的同时，明显缓解了肿瘤患者等候 住院时间，提高了病房的床位使用率，降低了医疗成本，提高了患者及家属的满意度。 [ 关键词 ] 综合性医院；日间化疗；医护一体化；创新管理 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2014.10.029 Exploration and practice of integrated management of ambulatory chemotherapy ward in general hospital / YI Qiong, TIAN Yongmei, HUANG Cen, et al. // Ambulatory Chemotherapy Ward of Cancer Center, Huaxi Hospital of Sichuan University, Chengdu, 610041 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2014,14(10): 1095-1098 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the reform and innovation of management model in ambulatory chemotherapy ward. Methods: The authors set up a new management model in ambulatory chemotherapy ward. They clarified the objects and processes of day care chemotherapy treatment. They also continuously improved the management model in the operation process. Results: The costs of human resources and space saved more than 50%. The daily treatment patient number per bed increased from 1 to 2-2.5, and monthly treatment patient numbers increased from 300 to 900. The bed utilization rate of the ambulatory chemotherapy ward increased from 100.5% to 245.0%.
