尤瑞克林治疗轻\中度急性脑梗死临床疗效观察[摘要] 目的：探讨尤瑞克林对轻、中度急性脑梗死的临床效用。方法：将40例轻、中度急性脑梗死的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组20例采用尤瑞克林治疗。对照组20例采用丹参治疗。对治疗前、后进行临床神经功能缺损程度的评定和疗效评分。测定治疗前、后平均血流速度（V）、平均血流量（Q）和外周血管阻力（R），全血黏度、血小板聚集率、红细胞压积。结果：治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组用药后2周与用药前比较，治疗组与对照组治疗后比较：平均血流速度（V）和平均血流量（Q）均明显增加（P＜0.05），外周血管阻力（R）均明显降低（P＜0.05）；用药后2周，治疗组和对照组全血高切、低切黏度和血小板聚集率、红细胞压积均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论：尤瑞克林治疗轻、中度急性脑梗死安全有效。 [关键词] 轻、中度急性脑梗死；尤瑞克林；临床疗效 [中图分类号] R743.33 [文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-7210（2010）11（c）-034－０3 Clinical curative effect observation on Human Urinary Kallidinogenase in treatment of lightly, the moderate acute cerebral infarction LIU Yuting, CHEN Xiaofei (Department of Neurology, Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital, Taiyuan 030024, China) [Abstact] Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of Human Urinary Kallidinogenase treats lightly, the moderate acute cerebral infarction.
