护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者生理指标影响[摘要] 目的:探讨综合性护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者生理指标的影响。方法:将180例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各90例,对照组接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上实施包括健康教育、放松训练在内的综合性护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后心率、血压、血红蛋白含量和淋巴细胞计数。结果:干预后观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组,血红蛋白含量和淋巴细胞计数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,均P0.05。结论:综合性护理干预有助于妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的生命体征的稳定,改善其贫血症状和提高其免疫力。 [关键词] 妇科恶性肿瘤;化学疗法;生理;护理 [中图分类号] R473.73[文献标识码]C [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)02(c)-098-02 Effect of integrated nursing care on physiological indices in gynecologic cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy SHENG Lifeng, FAN Gaoyun (Yiyang Central Hospital, Hu’nan Province, Yiyang 413000,China) [Abstract] Objective: To examine the influence of integrated nursing care on physiological indices in gynecologic cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 180 cases of gynecologic cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation and control group, each consisting of 90 cases. The control group received the routine therapy and nursing care, while the observation group received the integrated nursing interventions including health education and relaxation training in addition. The comparison was undertaken in terms of heart rate, blood pressure, Hb and lymphocyte count before and after intervention. Results: After intervention, the values of SBP and DBP were markedly lower in the observation group than in the control group, while those of Hb and lymphocyte count were much higher, with significant differences between both two groups, all P0.05. Conclusion: The integrated nursing interventions can aid in stabilizing the vital signs of the gynecologic cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy, improving the anemia symptom and increasing the immune function of them.
