第29卷第3期 阜阳师范学院学报 (自然科学版) V0J．29．No．3 2012年9月 JournalofFuyangTeachersCoUege(NaturalScience) Sep．2012 基于可持续发展理论的人 口承载力研究 — — 以阜阳市为例 张松婷 ，曾 承，计康娟 (阜阳师范学院社会发展学院，安徽 阜阳 236037) 摘 要：随着阜阳市人 口的不断增加，土地资源和水资源能否满足未来人 口的需要 日益引起普遍关注。从土地资源和 水资源两方面着手，在分析两者利用现状的基础上，建立土地资源承载力模型和水资源承载力模型，根据2006年～2011年 安徽省统计年鉴，计算阜阳市2005年至2010年的人 口承栽力，分析是否满足可持续发展 的要求。结果表明近6年的人 口 承栽力都低于每年的人 口数，难以达到可持续发展的要求。最后提出相应的建议和措施，为阜阳市今后发展提供参考。 关键词：人 口承载力；土地资源；水资源；可持续发展 ；阜阳市 中图分类号：f、323．2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1004-4329(2012)03-050-05 Studyonpopulation carryingcapacitybasedon thetheory ofsustainabledevelopmentin Fuyang City ZHANGSong—ting，ZENGCheng，JIKang-juan (SchoolofSocialDevelopment，FuyangTeachersCollege，FuyangAnhui236037，China) Abstract：WiththeincreasingpopulationofFuyang，landresourcesandwaterresourcescannotmeetthefutureneedsofthe population．Theproblem has causedwidespreadattention．Thispaperfromthetwoaspectsoflandresourcesandwaterresourcesana’ lysingthecurrentsituationofthetwoaspects．accordingto “2006—2011’’Statistical YearbookofAnhuiProvince”，buildslandre— sourcescarryingcapacitymodelandmodelofwaterresourcescarryingcapacityinFuyangcityfrom2005to2010，calculatingpopula— tioncarryingcapacity，andaccordingtotheresultsofthisstudyanalyzingwhethertheycanmeettherequirementsofsustainablede— velopment．Theresultsshowthatnearlysixyearspopulationcarryingcapacityislowerthanthecorrespondingannualpopulation，it isdifficulttomeettheneedsofthesustainabledevelopment．Finallythepaperputsforwardcorrespondingsuggestionsandmeasures forthefuturedevelopmentofFuyangCityreference． Keywords：populationcarryingcapacity；landresources；waterresources；sustainabledevelopment；FuyangCity 与毫州市毗邻。 0 研究区概况
