对我国土地利用调查体系的思考及建议.PDFVIP

第 11卷第 4期 资源与产业 V o l111 N o14 2009 年 8月 RESOURCES INDUSTR IES Aug12009 , , ( , 100080 : 我国已经形成了一套以土地分类为基础以内业预判和 业调绘为核心的土地调查流程这 一惯常 的土地调查思路和工作流程有效地指导了我国的土地调查工作但是, 随着社会经济发展对土地数据精度要 求的不断提高, 其弊端也逐步显现, 分类体系的不完善和频繁变更较为主观的地类判别过程都影响了土地 调查成果, 使其不能准确完全的反映土地利用状况本文在研究现行土地调查体系存在的核心问题后提 出, 在逐步完善土地分类体系基础上, 通过科学实验和研究, 逐步建立土地属性与土地利用类型之间的定量 化标准化联系, 将土地调查过程还原为客观全面准确的土地属性调查和记录过程并针对现行土地调 查体系存在的问题及其产生的原因提出改进建议 : 土地利用调查; 土地分类体系; 土地属性; 中国 : F301 : A : 167 3- 2464 ( 2009 04 - 0 116- 05 REVIEW S ON LAND UTI LIZATION AND SURVEY SYSTEM IN CH INA L I D i-hua, YUAN H ong, WANG X in (Schoo l of L andscap e A rch itecture, P eking Un iv ersity, B e ij ing 1000 80, Ch ina) Abstract: China has fo rm ed a land survey flow that is based on land c lassif ication has the core of interna l judgem ent and ex terna l investigation, w hich e ff iciently gu ided the land su rvey w ork in China. T his paper, based on the co res of land su rvey system, optmi izes the land class ification system, estab lishes a quan tify ing and standard ization relation bewt een land attributes and land utilization, w h ich reve rts the land survey process to land attributes survey and reco rd process, and presents some suggestions mi prov ing the ex isting land survey sy stem.
