杭州市 “五水共治”居民满意度的 分析研究 王国峰，陈婉萍 （浙江工业大学政治与公共管理学院，浙江 杭州 310000） 【摘要】本次研究基于 1200 份对杭州市五水共治治理现状的满意度问卷。针对居民 满意度数据所反映的结构和内容特点，提出了实证分析的思路，重点研究了居民满意度与人 口信息的相关性、满意度量表的开发与影响因素结构模型的构建、满意度涉及的因素及其影 响程度。分别开发出政府、环境、生活三个量表，并进行各量表下测项的描述性分析，之后 通过 Amos.22 构建满意度结构方程，研究测项与潜变量存在的相关性，形成一个定量的分析 结果。可以为杭州市五水共治下一期计划及其他地区水治理提供借鉴。 【关键词】五水共治；满意度；实证分析；因素模型 Researching the residents’ degree of satisfaction on “Five Water Co-governance” in Hangzhou/Wang Guofeng, et al.// School of Politics and Public Administration of Zhejiang University of Technology 【Abstract】The research is based on 1200 copies of questionnaires for satisfaction of status quo of five water co-governance in Hangzhou . In view of structural and content characteristics reflected on residents’ satisfaction data, put forward the ideas of empirical analysis and focus on studying the following issues—the correlation between residents’ satisfaction and population Information, the exploitation of the satisfaction scale and the construction of the influencing factors model , the factors involved in satisfaction and its influence level . Respectively exploit three scales of government, environment, life and execute observation items’ descriptive analysis under each scale, then form a quantitative analysis result through researching the existing correlation between the observation items and latent variable.
