城市化进程中旧城改造的问题及对策研究 摘要：早期城市建设缺乏科学规划，建筑简陋，单一地向城市边缘粗放扩张。随着中国城市化的高速发展，早期的城市建设暴露出许多的弊病，原有的城市老城区已经与经济发展和人民高生活品质要求严重不适应，旧城改造逐渐成为拓展建设空间，保障有用地，促进经济可持续发展的重要途径。由于国内旧城改造起步相对较晚，所以对于旧城改造缺乏经验，在进行旧城的过程中出现了诸多社会和环境问题。在复杂多变的国内外经济环境下，面对拆迁安置、规划改建、后续运营等工作，能及时识别项目潜在的各种风险并制订相应的应对措施，对于目标实现有重大意义。本文通过借鉴国外旧城改造的对策和经验，以黄浦区为例，结合国内的实际情况从改造主体、策略以及目标的角度来研究国内城市化进程中旧城改造的问题以及对策。6438 关键词：旧城改造；城市更新；城市规划 A Study on the Transformation of the Old City for the Process of the City mdash;mdash;Taking Shanghai Huangpu District as an example Abstract: The early city construction is very lack of scientific planning, construction simple, single to extensive expansion of city edge.
