植物病理学报 ACTA PHYTOPATHOLOGICA SINICA摇 41(5):556鄄560(2011) 藘蕛蕛蕛蕛蕛藘蕛 蕛研究简报藘 藘蕛蕛蕛蕛蕛 河南省小麦纹枯病菌的群体组成及其致病力分化研究 汪 敏, 吕柏林, 邢小萍, 李洪连* (河南农业大学植物保护学院, 郑州450002) Compositionandvirulence variation of the pathogen of wheat sharp eyespot from Henan Province摇 WANG Min,L譈 Bo鄄lin,XING Xiao鄄ping,LI Hong鄄lian摇 (College of Plant Protection, Henan Agricultural University,Zhengzhou450002,China) Abstract: To make sure of composition and virulence variation of the pathogen of wheat sharp eyespot from Henan Province,157 Rhizoctonia strainswere isolated from 13 districtsin Henan in2008 and2009.All of the isolateswere binucleate Rhizoctonia strains(BNR) identified by the nuclear staining.156 isolates were be鄄 longed to the binucleateRhizoctoniaAG鄄Danastomosisgroupand1wastheAG鄄BOgroupthroughhyphalan鄄 astomosisreaction and rDNA鄄ITS sequences analysis.The virulence of 113 isolates were tested in greenhouse on3 wheat cultivars such as Ji 5385 ,Shan 229 and Yumai 49.The virulence of Rhizoctonia isolates showed significant difference,and it couldbe dividedintothreepathotypes:thehighly,moderately and weakly aggres鄄 sive isolates,accounting for 58.40%,35.40% and 6.19%,respectively.The results indicated that the viru鄄 lence of isolates had certain difference among the 13 different regions,the isolates from Hebi,Zhoukou and Luohe regeins showed strong virulence,whereas that from Xinyang region showed weak virulence.The viru鄄 lence of Rhizoctonia isolates on3 wheat cultivarsalso had significant difference,the strong virulence on Shan 229 and weak virulence on Ji 5385.
